Quantity Surveyor Full-time Job

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• Chartered MRICS (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) qualification - preferable.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.

• Minimum 3-5 years Post Graduate Quantity Surveying / Commercial with experience in a Property Development or Consultancy/Construction environment

• Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Excel, and Oracle tendering platform / Quantity Surveying Software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)

• Contract and Commercial Management skills

• Excellent verbal communication (Client Meetings, Negotiation) and Written Communication (Reports, Correspondence) skills

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
