Project Specialist Full-time Job

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Bachelors Degree or Honours and 5+ years practical experience working within airport operations - passenger, baggage, or aircraft turnaround / ramp operations.

Experience in project management, business improvement, or productivity management consultancy, or technology.

Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organizational issues and challenges and understand dependencies across businesses.

Proven experience in project management, process improvement, analytics, change management, and strategy development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
