Key Responsibilities
Handle project data and information whilst coordinating and corresponding with the project/stakeholders
Leading, managing and developing project teams or work streams as part of larger projects and delivering results through others
Plan and update project schedule, follow up daily with all parties to remain on schedule for the project deliverables and handover.
Commercially aware; experienced in monthly budgeting/forecasting and managing project budgets
Able to write scope of services, and deliverables for Master Planning Consultant and Specialists.
Structuring and updating the project’s data room
Communicating effectively and focusing on efficient, collaborative and quality delivery;
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Min 15 years’ experience in the Project Management field
Experience in working as a Project Management dealing with main consultants or Developers Teams
The ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy
Exquisite Presentation Skills, adept at engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Corporate Clients, and Event Planners.
