As The Production Manager at Royal Wood Factory you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process within the joinery, wood factory, and fit out . This includes planning, organizing, developing, and coordinating the production activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of wood products and fit out solutions. The production manager will play a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency, resource allocation, and team management.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and project deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.

Development Production Process: Contribute to the development and enhancement of production processes.

Resource Management: Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment efficiently to maximize production output.

Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and conducting regular inspections.

Cost Management: Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient production methods.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or excess stock.
