To be primarily responsible for driving the growth of the squad by leading Space management
To be the store employees and planner team advocate by listening and understanding them and addressing their needs in the form of solutions and products
Work closely with different teams across brands and operations team to gather requirements, productize them, create a roadmap and groom and prioritize the backlogs
Evangelize the product by working closely with various stakeholders, including the leadership team
Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals
Create the business case and map cost vs benefits
Work closely with the solution design, engineering teams and vendors to identify solutions in this space, do the solution fitment analysis, and set up the phasing and implementation plan
