Principal UX Researcher Full-time Job

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a senior role

Proven experience in leading and managing complex research projects

Strong mentoring skills

Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working in a global team environment

Hands-on experience with various research methodologies, including qualitative approaches (in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, usability testing, diary studies, contextual inquiries, focus groups) and quantitative approaches (surveys and questionnaires, A/B testing, analytics and data mining, longitudinal studies, experimental and quasi-experimental designs, statistical modelling)

Advanced skills in quantitative analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau)

Experience with BigQuery and thorough knowledge of SQL

Familiarity with UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lyssna, Hotjar)

Strategic and analytical thinking

Ability to focus on details while considering the wider strategic context

Strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate research findings into actionable business insights

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to influence and present the value of research to stakeholders at all levels

Understanding of and experience with audience-based communication

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
