Principal Product Designer Full-time Job

Requirements

7+ years in product design, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal design role

Proven experience in developing and scaling design systems that ensure consistent and flexible product experiences

Demonstrable success in designing for iOS and Android platforms, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces

Deep proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, with experience in prototyping, wireframing, interactive design, and user flows

Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and deep expertise in simplifying complex processes without sacrificing functionality

Excellent communication skills – able to justify design decisions persuasively and influence teams across the business
