Principal Engineer (Material Science) Full-time Job

Knowledge/Qualification & Experience

Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in materials engineering , defense sector, or aerospace engineering, with a proven track record of contributions to supersonic missile programs.

Master/PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering, or related field.

Deep Expertise in Materials - In-depth understanding of various materials, including their properties, behaviors, and processing methods.

R&D Leadership - Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to research and development projects focused on developing new materials or enhancing existing ones, including proficiency in material characterization techniques and experimental methods.

Application of Theoretical Concepts - Skilled in applying theoretical principles of material science to address complex engineering challenges and create innovative solutions.

Analytical Proficiency - Expertise in using analytical tools and software for material analysis, simulation and modeling.

Industry Acumen - Well-versed in industry standards, regulations and best practices pertaining to material science and engineering.
