Job Details

You will be a Specialist in Display & Paid Social Advertising, familiar with building, launching and optimizing campaigns. Expertise in all display and social media paid advertising platforms: Google Display, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, Tik-Tok and Snapchat

You will be comfortable Multi-Tasking and running campaigns for various retail brands of GMG Sport Group (Sun & Sands, Dropkick, Etc…)

You have a track record of delivering successful app installs campaigns and understand attribution and re-attribution

You will be an expert always on up to date with the latest advertising trends and techs and will know how to manage multi-channel budgets to meet Revenue Targets as well as different KPIs

You will be open minded to with an appetite to learn and you are a solution provider.

You know how to utilize content created by graphic designers, video producers, content producers, influencer and can help optimizing copy and creatives

Targeting and bidding strategies are you day to day and you know how to optimize them

Manage day to day Display and Paid social campaigns

- Strategy & Execution

- Upper or lower funnel based on KPIs

- App installs

- Daily monitoring

Reporting

- Generate actionable weekly and monthly reporting and

analysis of campaign activities for each Brand

Optimization

- Optimize multi-channel / network strategy to meet target

- Stay up to date through training

Teamwork

- Work with all the brands you are in charge of

Personal Development

- Develop knowledge in PPC execution

- Develop knowledge in affiliate and influencer Marketing

- Participate into a more data driven approach project with the CRM department

Requirements:

2+ years in Display & Paid social campaigns (Facebook / Instagram / YouTube / Snapchat / Tik-Tok and Google ads and Apple search ads

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

2+ years in an eCommerce environment (retail is a plus)

Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS

Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps.

Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels

Team player with ability to self-learn

Experience in Budgeting

Data driven mindset

English & Arabic mandatory

Job-Specific Skills:

FB business Manager

Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus

App installs campaigns, attribution and re-attribution

Dynamic ads

Adjust, Branch or AppsFlyer experience is a must

Strong Web analytics experience (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

Can leverage a marketing automation solution for advance segmentation & audiences

Comfortable using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Advanced skills in MS Excel

Experience with Google Ad manager or Google 360 is plus

Experience using a CDP is a plus
