Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from international markets
Source and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and skills
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Attend job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract potential candidates
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including visa applications, relocation arrangements, and orientation
Stay updated on global recruitment trends and implement best practices to improve the recruitment process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Atleast 2 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring diverse candidates from different countries
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques
Strong knowledge of international labor laws and visa regulations
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
