Job Details
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or a high-end Italian restaurant, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, preferably within a pre-opening setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a language fluency preference in Italian.
Excellent leaderships skills, with a strong working knowledge of personnel management, holding briefings, setting targets and conducting team performance
Ability to oversee and optimize multiple outlets simultaneously, while collaborating with the chefs to innovate, improve menu offerings and monitor the communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
