Key job responsibilities

Be your seller partners' consultant, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success and grow their business.

To ensure portfolio management toward a growth plan, identify key business opportunities in your categories by spotting popular brands, trends, and pricing.

Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners' business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.

Work closely with selling partners, educating them about Amazon’s/Souq's high standards of delivery and Customer Experience.

Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information, and publish recommendations & action plans for your portfolio of selling partners.

Partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of your selling partners portfolio.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of professional or military experience

We're seeking a Team lead for our 3P Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing, On a Daily Basis, End To End Operations For a Combination Of Small Sites. Supervising Outbound Store And Last Mile Operations

Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.

Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.

Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.

Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.

Stand-in for Area Manager.

Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in a customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to travel up to 50% of time in UAE to analyze, implement, monitor best practice solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate the associates/team members.

Experience in managing Last Mile logistics

Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter.

Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.

Ability to work under pressure situations.

Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced.
