As an Operations Associate, you'll combine these elements to work directly with our customers to provide highly personalized solutions to their inquiries and ensure that their client accounts are up to date, in terms of invoicing and payment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed


Have experience in customer care, including handling individual client accounts.

Have experience in client invoicing and payment. Familiarity with Zoho software is a bonus.

You are time-oriented, result driven, and display creative thinking to problem solve

Love interacting with clients through a wide range of mediums: social media, over the phone, and email
