Executing the action plans for Government Partnerships to achieve sectional goals

Facilitate exchange of information between governmental official and DC staff by establishing and maintaining contacts with organizations

Facilitate interdependent services by identifying and communicating contact points that require streamlining in terms policies and procedures Executing the action plans for Government Partnerships

Preparing Bulletin messages and communication materials for disseminating all new legislations that have an impact on Dubai Customs

Interprets & Responds on quest on Dubai Customs rules and laws for other Governmental Authorities

Liaising with other Customs Departments and Sections for Implementation of the Action Plan

Coordinating and arranging meetings with other governmental authorities for collaborating on relevant program activities

Update stakeholders database on regular basis for future communication

Resolving problems occurring externally or internally by helping business operations the Customers on inter-government departmental issues during the enhancing the level of communication and cooperation between Dubai Customs and other Government departments for mutual benefit

Visits to various Government organizations for discussing any issues with regard to Government Partnership

Performa all the assigned tasks from the line manager with reliability, honesty, and discretion


Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in line with Dubai Customs information security policies and procedures in order to protect information from any disclosure or misuse.


Minimum Educational Requirements:

Graduate in the relevant business area with relevant certifications or professional qualifications as indicated


2 - 3 years of relevant business experience in area of employment
