Responsibilities

Manage schedules and appointments.

Maintain Time and Attendance records.

Handle suggestions and complaints promptly.

Coordinate onboarding essentials for new employees.

Prepare and dispatch circulars and correspondences.

Attend and document department meetings.

Maintain office supplies and procurement orders.

Provide system support (Tarasul, CRM) to employees.

Requirement

Diploma with 0-2 years of experience / OR High School with minimum of five years of experience

Can write reports in English and Arabic
