Manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities for the Group CEO, including scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, drafting and handling confidential correspondence, coordinating travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, compiling meeting documents, and maintaining a systematic and confidential filing system.
Facilitate the Group CEO’s participation in meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on actionable items.
Greet and manage internal and external visitors and guests of the Group CEO’s office, assess their needs, and determine the appropriate course of action to optimize access to the Group CEO’s time and resources.
Conduct research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns addressed to the Group CEO, determining the appropriate action, referral, or response, and report them accordingly.
Collaborate with CXOs and Directors to understand departmental goals and objectives, fostering trust and effective communication while coordinating tasks and events to enhance client service and business performance.
Perform research and analysis, and provide the Group CEO with detailed reports as required, demonstrating an awareness of relevant environmental and industry issues.
Review, analyze, and summarize financial, commercial, administrative, and other reports, and follow up on actions and initiatives as needed.
Welcome and assess the purpose of visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff or department, ensuring the Group CEO engages with the most relevant individuals.
Ensure consistent compliance with all company policies and procedures at all times.
