Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in naval shipyard operations

Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes and standards

Experience in managing and coordinating resources for shipyard projects

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in shipyard operations
