Multi Technician Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities

Clean all engineering areas as directed by the FM Management.

Observe energy and utilities usage in the building and on the grounds.

Look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the FM Management.

Keep supervisor updated on assignments.

Maintain communication with supervisors so that all needed materials, tools and supplies are available or on order.

Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment regularly.

Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.

Perform touch up and maintenance work in all areas of responsibility.

Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures Manual and department standards.

Assist tenants regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful manner.

Qualifications

Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Highly responsible & reliable.

License/Certification

Must have valid UAE driving license.
