Responsibilities

Assist in managing front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Provide excellent guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Learn and use hotel management software for booking and guest information management.

Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for guest arrival.

Support the food and beverage team in restaurant and banquet operation

Assist in administrative duties and support other departments as needed to ensure efficient operations.
