MEP Modules-Prefabrication Manager Full-time Job

Developing MEP Moduler production plan, material receipt schedule, and module delivery schedule based on MEP contractor’s work completion program

Managing day to day operations between client and factory pertaining to production of MEP modules and ducts and generating KPI’s

Conduct coordination meetings with MEP contractor- design team. Supervising BIM team to produce 3-D coordinated models.

Reviewing tender drawings, specifications to conduct project specific feasibility studies for implementation of MEP modules outlining scope of works and generating quotation

Business development and managing complete production cycle of MEP modules, prefabricated assemblies and pre-insulated ducts.

To highlight the MEP contractors/ MEP consultants regarding the advantages and benefits of adopting prefabricated MEP modular system

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: minimum 8+ years of Experience in MEP Industry
