Your role

Support Marketing Manager in Implementing marketing plans as per the approved marketing budget and guidelines. Ensures marketing plans are consistent with the strategies and guidelines with the regional office.

Ensure marketing activities outcomes’ reflects on the business qualitatively and quantitively.

Assist in collating competitors ‘activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging, and planning.

Participate in regular meetings with Marketing Manager and Sales (Brand, Aftersales, Parts, Service) team in analyzing the market needs.

Sets marketing campaigns and activities based on the collected data from the CRM department. Coordinate in preparation marketing campaigns, digital and social media plans, advertising, and direct marketing.

Collaborate in promotion PR activities, conferences, events, sponsorships, and product placements.

Ensures marketing communications are in line with BMW/ MINI CI and approved by the regional Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in both digital and conventional manner

Coordinate with CRM manager for better customer data collection and analysis.

Assist Marketing Manager in Measuring the ROI from all marketing activities taking into consideration Sales Funnel numbers and ratios generated accordingly.

Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as Brand Principles, vendors, etc.

Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports as required by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline

3 Years’ experience in similar capacity preferably from automotive industry

Professional experience of working with and managing agencies and internal company resources.

Good communication and presentation skills

Good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint & Excel

Experience in using a variety of CMS and social media platforms and tools.
