Your role will be included but not limited to:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the hotel's brand awareness and reputation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels
Oversee the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media, and online travel agencies
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
Manage public relations, including media outreach and the creation of press releases
Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and partnerships to attract and retain guests
Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and tourism boards to drive collaborative marketing efforts.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a creative and results-driven environment.
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing within the luxury hospitality industry, ideally in a 5-star hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online reputation management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external partners.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
