Your key responsibilities will include:

Provide full support to the Marketing Manager to deliver all rooms and spa campaigns and projects for Madinat Jumeirah.

Plan and launch advertising campaigns for local and international markets.

Develop strong marketing briefs for creative team, advertising agencies and partners.

Monitor campaign performance with agencies and proactively suggest ways to optimise.

Track and report campaign and offer performance.

Review and proof marketing content and production samples.

Manage CMS, ensuring Jumeirah.com content is accurate and on brand

Train Marketing Executive on how to use CMS & CRM systems

Ensure the website content for the hotel is fully updated, in line with the standards established for website content.

Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers making sure those partners fully understand and maximise the value of the Jumeirah hotels.

Ensure that Public Relations and Communications teams are involved in marketing campaigns, where applicable, to maximise audience and reach.

Improve ROI for all Rooms Marketing activities and establish campaigns KPIs for success.

About you:

Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent is essential.

Min 2 – 4 years marketing experience with luxury or hospitality brands

Strong communication skills across variety of platforms and on all levels.

Market research capabilities for competitor reviews.

Strong attention to detail and the production of high-quality work.

Outstanding English skills (written and verbal) proficiency in other languages is appreciated.
