Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., STCW, GMDSS) are highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum [X] years of experience in marine operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Experience in managing diverse teams and vessel types is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong understanding of maritime regulations and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in marine management software and MS Office Suite.
