Manager Project Delivery Full-time Job

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in construction or project management in related industry with at least 2 years of track record in managing diverse projects successfully

Technical knowledge and experience in the industry

Ms. Office suite – Power-point; Power BI (Business intelligence) for dashboards/ reports

Well versed in Project Software Primavera or any relevant

Stakeholder management

Project Management skills.

Risk Management - Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential disruptions.

Project planning and Budget management

Skilled in defining and managing project scope, including handling scope changes effectively.

Excellent communication skills to convey project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in negotiation techniques for resolving conflicts

Adaptability and Time Management

Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
