Business Performance Management

•Develop, implement, and continually improve business performance management framework

•Prepare annual performance scorecards including Strategic Initiatives and KPIs, in line with strategic plan objectives

•Lead quarterly business performance reviews to track progress, address challenges and opportunities and report risks

•Support the CEO and team leadership in strategic reporting and communication to the Board and external parties

•Ensure alignment and cascade of performance scorecards across the Group

Synergy Realization

•Drive the utilization of products, services and resources across the Group, appropriately leveraging capabilities of each Company

•Introduce initiatives and incentives that foster a culture of proactive collaboration across the Group

•Identify, quantify and track the value add of Group synergies

•Identify, evaluate and lead initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness through synergies, e.g. shared services

Organization Transformation

•Monitor and support people, process, technology, structure and governance enablers across Group, identify gaps, and recommend initiatives that enable the business to perform in an optimal way

•Lead initiatives related to operating model improvement at Group and Platform level

•Consult on strategic transformation projects for group Companies

Communication and Marketing Support

•Develop and manage Group website and social media design, content and updates

•Develop and update company collateral to aid communication, including company profile, presentations, templates, team photo

•Support synergies by establishing platforms to communicate value propositions and successes of group companies internally

•Ensure that the value proposition and success stories of Group companies are appropriately communicated



•5+ years overall business experience

•2+ years corporate performance role

•2+ years organizational transformation experience

•2+ years investment or multi-asset class context

•2+ years in Tier 1 or 2 consulting

•Middle East experience preferred


•Advanced Powerpoint, with compelling visualizations and storytelling for executive audiences

•Autonomously plan and drive own pieces of work

•Strong communication and relationship building skills with internal and external partners

•Strong change manager with tenacity to follow through

•Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques

•Exceptional attention to detail

•Highly developed project and time management skills
