Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related business management field

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in flight catering operations management

Proven ability to manage suppliers and achieve results through supplier management

Experience managing detailed SLAs to drive performance improvement

Expertise in Operations Management, handling large, diverse workforces across multiple suppliers and cultures

In-depth knowledge of inflight catering operations in a large multinational airline

Strong command of English, both verbal and written

Managerial skills, including delegation, setting clear directions, managing workflow, mentoring, coaching, training, and fostering teamwork

Able to work anywhere in the GCC
