Manager Business Planning Full-time Job

Develop and execute the company's planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business plans, including market analysis, competitive assessment, financial projections/statements, operational excellence, and resource allocation (workforce, technology, etc.).

Work with BI team to conduct/request thorough research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks. Use the analysis outcomes to enhance/support BUs Heads/Functional Heads in preparing their business plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and insights for business planning, including finance, marketing, operations, and sales.

Work with Finance to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.

Monitor the progress of the approved business plans and provide a periodic targets/projects deviation report to top management.

Monitor and analyze the business plans key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and identify areas for improvement.

Lead the periodic review and update of the business plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery requirements.

Facilitate the presentation of findings, recommendations, and business plans to the executive team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance operational and customers journey efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business planning team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
