The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.

5 years of Brand Management experience, preferably with a recognized hospitality or travel organizations (such as hotel, airlines, or destination management office) or notable luxury brands. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and experience in account management

Solid understanding of brand building, brand development, brand measurement, and marketing strategies

Must have knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and luxury market

Strong understanding of marketing and media strategy, planning, and campaign management

Good understanding of content development and content production: Production briefing, organization, management, and review/editing

Strong communications and writing skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams, including time management and reporting · Budget management skills

Strong presentation development and delivery skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
