About You

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel. You are expected to have an excellent service attitude, sense of urgency, be organized, diligent, dynamic, always presentable and work well under pressure. You should possess customer service-oriented skills and developed emotional intelligence. Knowledge of additional language such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, German or Mandarin would be advantageous.
