What will I be doing?

At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, as Lobby Ambassador, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area

Entertain questions from guests and respond with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc.

Runs errands such as ticket pick-up laundry pick-up and delivery, etc for guests

Retrieves messages for guests. Retrieves mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested

Maintains appearance of hotel lobby, removes trash, organizes furniture, etc

Remains calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity, and resolve complications such as location changes or credit issues.

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as assisting PBX operators or reservations agents.
