Duties Include

Provide advice and guidance on a broad range of legal issues, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance matters, and contract negotiation.

Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure coherent and consistent legal support.

Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and training.

Manage legal risks by designing and implementing processes to ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Participate in the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Requirements

Law Degree from an accredited law school.

5 to 7 years of professional legal experience, with a proven track record in transaction law and corporate law.

Experience in transaction law and corporate law.

Previous experience in both a law firm and a corporate legal department or family office is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Common Law principles is highly desirable.

Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
