What We Need

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree or relevant certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Development (e.g., CIPD Level 5/7, SHRM) are highly advantageous.

8+ years of experience in L&D, with a strong background in training facilitation: implementing training programs, talent management and performance management initiatives.

Training Design & Delivery: Expertise in delivering engaging training programs tailored to diverse learning needs.

Assessment & Evaluation: Skilled in measuring training effectiveness and adapting content based on feedback and performance data.

Project Management: Competency in planning, executing, and managing multiple training projects simultaneously with a focus on timelines and quality.

Experience with blended learning approaches and e-learning platforms.

Reporting & Analysis: Ability to generate comprehensive reports on training metrics, attendance, engagement levels, and training impact, providing insights to support data-driven decisions.
