Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sports management or supervision, with a background in land-based sports preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for land-based sports.

Proficient in administrative tasks and budget management.
