Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Design Firms to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and drive strategic partnerships and discussions on topics such as: Net Zero, Sustainability. The role also requires knowledge and engagement to drive the full Schneider Electric Portfolio on project basis within the design firms.
Client Understanding: Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements to provide tailored Schneider Electric solutions in segments like: Real Estate, Healthcare, Hotels, and Transportation.
Sales Growth: Increase the prescription pipeline within the design firms.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
8 -10 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
Ability to drive consultative selling through customer trainings and workshops.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in Electrical Design Tools.
English Proficiency is a must.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.
