Junior Quality Inspector Full-time Job

Role & Responsibilities

Check calibration, tests, quality processes and requirements, customer requirements and operational application and record results.

Perform visual inspection, measure the coating thickness, and record results.

Assist in the pipe tally and ensure that the measurements are correctly made and recorded.

Check conformity to SOP guidelines or customer specifications in all operational. Insure it is reported to QC Supervisor if any and assure corrective actions are implemented.

Develop Work Instruction as required.

Distribute Work Instruction accordingly.

Monitor production and inspection

Monitor and requisition Gauges for calibration

Control Re-processed pipes, spools, and fittings (NSC Reports – closing out)

Provide inspection Support as required.

Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience in a similar work environment needed.

Coating experience is essential.

Diploma / College degree needed.
