What you will be doing:

Respond to requests for support promptly by attending in person to troubleshoot any AV problems and/or by providing support by phone or email and promptly allocate or escalate requests as appropriate.

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.

Assist with the setup and installation

Carry out the relocation of monitors and IT equipment as required.

Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation of asset management.
