IRD Supervisor Full-time Job

Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment and has a previous room service experience. Has a strong exposure in handling busy room service operations and dealing with high profile and diverse clientele. Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, who can lead, supervises, and motivates his/her staff in all aspect of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established. Excellent spoken and written English is required, and additional language will be highly regarded in this role.
