Responsibilities

Set sales goals and develop sales strategies

Provide training and support to sales representatives

Work with clients to assess their insurance needs

Recommend the best policies for clients’ individual circumstances

Manage the sales team’s performance

Track sales data and trends

Develop and implement marketing plans

Represent the company at industry events

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales role

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
