Hygiene Officer Full-time Job

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in food science, microbiology, or a related field is often required.

Level 3 HACCP Certificate is required.

Strong understanding of hygiene principles, food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and infection control procedures.

Previous experience in a relevant field such as food service or hospitality.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important qualities for a Hygiene Officer.

Familiarity with local, national, and international hygiene and sanitation regulations relevant to hospitality industry.

The ability to adapt to changing regulations, industry standards, and emerging hygiene challenges is essential for success in this role.
