Requirements

Proven experience as a Human Resource Head or similar leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices in the UAE

Exceptional leadership and people management skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field in hospitality industry

Proven ability to drive change and implement new HR initiatives successfully

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
