HSE Manager Full-time Job

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 15 years' experience in HSE management, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry

In-depth knowledge of international and local HSE regulations and standards

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and systems

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions

Proficient in HSE management systems and auditing processes

Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are required

Ability to travel to client sites as required
