Work Experience
Minimum 4 years in-depth experience working in HR Systems (HCM) and ZingHR
Experience in assisting projects, testing and training.
Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Knowledge on HRMS modules (Talent Acquisition, Learning Management, Core HR with Self Service,
Talent Management, Payroll).
Education Qualification
A Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification related to Computer Systems.
Additional specialization in Human Resources Management (preferable).
Completed all necessary professional/ operational training at intermediate level.
Basic knowledge of Database, Internet technologies, Quality management and Change management
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance on generic HR system queries to ensure quick turnaround and great internal customer service
Maintain the system user groups in line with the organization structure and provide suitable access rights based on user types to ensure data integrity.
Test the system changes and coordinate UAT sessions for enhancements, bug fixes, new releases and upgrades to ensure the system enhancements meets the change requirements.
Carry out periodic checks to ensure that the HR information system is working efficiently and effectively to achieve the desired result and take corrective actions in case of discrepancies.
Resolve system issues independently that do not need escalation, communicate with users to keep them informed of incident progress and closure.
Provide training to new users to familiarise them with HR systems and it’s usage
Work towards set Service Level Agreement for system updates and record and maintain any documentation pertaining to system changes to ensure data governance.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through improvement projects, work simplification etc to achieve better efficiency and enhancement of internal customer experience.
Support development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, standard letter templates, forms and tools.
Performs other duties as assigned by the line manager
