HR Recruitment Executive Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of HR recruitment Experience in UAE

Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.

Source candidates through direct recruitment methods such as networking, cold-calling, and using Job Portal Indeed/Linkedin/NaukriGulf ec

Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.

Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interview panels with hiring managers.

Conduct background checks, reference checks, and assess candidates’ fit for the company culture.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.

Well versed in MS Excel for reports

Assist in the design and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed
