HR MANAGER Full-time Job

Job Description:

Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes of the company

Develop, implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training

Ensure legal compliance of HR state, regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required

Design and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet legal requirements

Administer payroll and maintain records related to compensation data

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree a plus

At least 3 years of experience in related role

Should have strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices

Proficient in MS Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
