• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, interview, and onboarding new staffs.

• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations, while ensuring clinic’s compliance to UAE labor laws.

• Develop training programs, provide ongoing development opportunities, and nurture staff growth.

• Act as a point of contact for staff concerns as well as resolving employee conflicts.

• Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure accurate compensation for all employees.
