Hotel Manager Full-time Job

-Manage daily operations of the hotel and ensure compliance with internal requirements.

-Create strategic plans to increase guest satisfaction and raise brand recognition.

-Manage human resources, including staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplining of employees.

-Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the hotel is meeting customer expectations.

-Manage budgets and expenditures, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain financial records.

-Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.

-Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and suggestions.

-Ensure the hotel meets health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

-5 years’ experience in hotel management.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational, and customer service skills.

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage staff.

-Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
