Job Description

Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in the Oil & Gas Industries.

Support senior technicians in conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems.

Assist in identifying and troubleshooting electrical faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns, and provide support in implementing appropriate solutions.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or hazards during electrical maintenance activities.

Assist in the calibration, testing, and repair of electrical instruments and control systems.

Assist in the replacement of faulty electrical components, such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and transformers.

Assist in the installation and termination of electrical cables, wiring, and conduits.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Provide support in preparing technical reports, documentation, and work orders related to electrical maintenance activities.

Maintain inventory of electrical supplies, tools, and equipment, and ensure their proper storage and usage.
