Drive key partnerships with lead aggregators / Fintechs / e-commerce players across products such as unsecured personal loans, small ticket personal loans etc in retail individual lending.
Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc.
Partnerships can be in the areas of co-lending for specific segments / distributing the bank's products to the partner's clients / distributing the partner's complementing products to bank's clients
Review the market landscape, identify partners, and review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships for review
Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on business from each of the partners. Own the P&L for delivery at a partner level
Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps
Design new products working closely with Risk / Analytics teams for specific client segments to grow the business digitally end to end leveraging own / partner platforms
Lead a team of alliance managers to manage key partners and product development group working on product / platform roadmap
