To be considered for this role, the candidate must be:

An effective and dynamic leader with a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior school leadership team, having experience as a Head/Deputy Head of Secondary; preferably a Master’s degree in an education-related field.

Experienced in developing teachers’ skills and competencies through sustained school improvement plans and continuous professional development training.

Proven track record in the development, design and execution of learning and development training programs and delivery of live and online workshops.

Additionally, should have experience measuring the effectiveness of training, including diagnosing and understanding the needs for training.

A thought leader in learning leadership, keep abreast of industry trends to ensure best-in-class solutions.

Able to demonstrate a commitment to inclusion.

UAE school experience of the DSIB Inspection Frameworks is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal skills & Team building skills.

Ability to remain calm and be solution-oriented in high-stress situations.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
